1 Definitions and General Introduction

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If the same person opens more than one account, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. If an account is created using false information, it may be suspended at any time.

3.3 Security Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to cv777 immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

cv777 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Bank transfer includes Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Additional documents may be requested for large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cv777 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Withdrawals directly from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Other Promotions

cv777 announces special promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published separately. A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, syndicate betting or any other improper method will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

cv777's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: If a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, their cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Tier upgrades are based on regular play. cv777 reserves the right to offer additional benefits to VIP members and to change VIP terms and conditions at any time.

7 Fair Use Policy

cv777 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all users.

7.1 Gaming Rules

Each game has its own rules. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, cv777 reserves the right to correct it. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error may be voided.

7.2 Sports Betting

Odds may change after they are published. If an event is cancelled or the result is uncertain, the stake may be refunded. If there is evidence of match-fixing or any other improper betting method, the relevant bet will be voided and the account will be suspended.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Operating more than one account
• Registering using another person's identity
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Unauthorised access to other members' accounts
• Fraudulent activity against cv777 or other members
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age)

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by cv777

cv777 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or security concerns. The user will be informed of the reason for suspension, though full details of any matter under investigation may not be disclosed.

9.2 Closing Your Own Account

A user may close their account at any time by contacting cv777 support. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

9.3 Forfeiture

Bonuses, winnings or balances obtained through a breach of the terms may be forfeited. In such cases, cv777's decision is final.

10 Limitation of Liability

cv777 works to maintain the highest standards of security and service. However, cv777 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• Issues caused by third-party software providers
• Problems with the user's own device or network
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.)
